HEALTH CERTIFICATE
We stand behind our pups 100%, and will be here for you and your dog with a lifetime guarantee. Pit bulls of Arizona, guarantees all the pups (at time of sale) have been dewormed, vaccinated up to date, and are free from:
- Parvovirus
- Corona virus
- Canine Distemper
- Para influenza
- Canine Adenovirus Type 1 and 2(Hepatitis)
In the event of the emergence of any of the above conditions, Pit Bulls of Arizona agrees to replace the pup in question if:
- Findings are within the first 7 days after buyer receives pup, and by a licensed veterinarian .
- We are willing to take any dog of ours back as long as the buyer agree’s to pay shipping and handling cost.
- Pit bulls of Arizona cannot be held responsible for health issue’s due to buyer’s negligence regarding vaccinations after date of sale.
Shipping Details
Deposits will only be accepted on up coming breeding, with first deposit received allowed to have first pick, second deposits gets 2nd pick and so on. Only four (4) pre-birth deposits will be accepted. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required, to hold a pre-birth pick,This goes towards the balance.
After pups are born payments for pups are required to be paid in full by the time they are 6 weeks of age. No pups will be held until money order is received, it’s a first come first serve basis. If a deposit has been placed, and payment is not received in full or agreed arrangements have not been have not been made in 14 days, deposit and pick will be forfeited.
Once full payment is received final shipping arrangements will be made, such as flight # departure time, arrival time etc.
Pups will be shipped with papers, pictures, dog food, kennel, and have a pre-health certificate from a Vet attached to show the pups is in good health. (This has already been included into the price.)
Shipping and handling cost will be the responsibility of the buyer and to be paid prior to shipping.
Buyers Agreement
All dogs will be shipped with a current health certificate. It is the buyer responsibility to have the dog examined by a vet within seven days of receipt of the dog.
The buyer agrees not to involve this dog or any of its offspring in any illegal activities.
The buyer will make themselves aware of any possible bans, ordinances, etc. in their county or community that are breed specific.
The buyer agrees to take special care to socialize the dog, especially with children and other animals. Also to provide, fresh food, water, and prompt veterinary care when necessary.
The buyer can call the dog whatever name they choose, but the dog will be registered with the name assined Such as (“Martinez Rojo”Etc.) on the official registration papers with the UKC/ADBA
Buyer agrees to send pictures of the dog periodically as the pup grows older, to add to the web page.
